About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assurance Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing assurance engagements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute assurance engagements, managing resources and timelines effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor team members, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Review and assess the work of team members, ensuring compliance with professional standards and regulations.
  • Identify and evaluate complex accounting and auditing issues, providing practical insights and solutions.
  • Prepare and present clear, concise, and insightful reports to clients and management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in public accounting or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, PCAOB, and SEC rules and regulations. Proficiency in accounting and auditing software.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
