Your missions

Description

We are seeking a Bilingual Italian-English customer support agent, also known as a Happiness Officer, to deliver professional and friendly service through our email and live-chat channels. This role requires a passion for helping others and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

In addition to customer support, you will also be responsible for translating our product into Italian. You will be equipped with the necessary tools to facilitate this process, and you will regularly translate and moderate others’ translations.

Responsibilities
