Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; 
  • Minimum Experience of [5] years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role;
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques;
  • Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools;
  • Deep knowledge of BACEN regulatory reports, such as: DLO, DLI, accounting CADOCs (4010/4060/4510 and others);
  • Deep knowledge of regulatory reports from the Risk Center (SCR3040 and others), DRL, DRM; Knowledge of business life cycle for capital market products;
  • Advanced English 

Plus: 

  • MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CBAP)
  • Intermediate Spanish
  • Previous experience with AXIOM solutions
  • Previous experience with capital market solutions 

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with management and clients to prioritize business needs
  • Identify business opportunities and provide creative solutions to complex problems
  • Write software functional specifications including use cases, mockups, and diagrams
  • Prototype user interfaces and algorithms of the system behavior
  • Interact with the development team to discuss and clarify the requirements during the project implementation
  • Act as the main source of information about the product at all stages
