Description

This role offers an opportunity to thrive both professionally and personally. As a Branch Manager in our Naples District, you'll lead, manage, and develop a diverse team. This hybrid position combines remote work with occasional in-office responsibilities, focusing on creating a culture of engagement and accountability that drives growth and enhances customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and Inspire: Coach, develop, and build a high-performing team that excels in business strategies, achieves results, and fosters growth.
  • Customer Engagement: Guide your team to effectively engage customers, understand their needs, and build lasting relationships.
  • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve moderate to complex issues impacting customer and employee experiences, as well as business growth.
  • Innovation: Identify and implement ways to make banking more accessible and convenient for customers, including promoting digital solutions.
  • Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders, peers, and partners to deliver an exceptional, customer-centric experience.
  • Talent Development: Mentor and support the growth of your direct reports and assist in recruiting top talent.

Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 4 years in banking or financial services, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to hire, coach, and develop teams while building a collaborative environment focused on performance and accountability.
  • Analytical Abilities: Experience in analyzing performance, understanding strengths and opportunities, and executing plans that drive business objectives.
  • Customer Focus: Skilled in building effective relationships with diverse customer segments and guiding them through complex financial needs.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with banking laws, compliance controls, and risk management.

Requirements

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some Saturdays.
  • Compliance with SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations.
  • Successful candidates will meet all regulatory requirements and background checks.
  • This position does not offer Visa sponsorship.
