Description

Responsibilities

  • Production & Inventory Management: Develop and manage production and inventory plans to meet material and finished goods demands, ensuring timely product delivery while addressing product shortages with effective recovery plans.
  • Order Management: Create and release manufacturing orders based on inventory plans. Coordinate with vendors and partners, including those in China, for order placement, pricing negotiations, and issue resolution.
  • Logistics Coordination: Handle international logistics by working with shippers, forwarders, brokers, and internal warehouses to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update data in SAGE and Netstock systems while analyzing supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Reporting: Prepare various reports accurately and timely, assisting in optimizing the vendor base and driving cost savings both domestically and internationally.
  • Process Improvement: Participate in developing and refining supply chain procedures; identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key contact for internal inquiries and support various transactional needs.

Requirements

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in supply chain or inventory analysis, with experience in SAGE and Netstock systems being advantageous.
  • Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Preferred: Understanding of global supply chain processes and fluency in Mandarin is a bonus.
