A Day in the Life
As An Administrative Assistant, Your Role Will Include
- Offering administrative support to departments or divisions.
- Serving as a liaison between programs, agencies, and external parties.
- Assisting with policy interpretation and routine decision-making.
- Researching and preparing reports for supervisors.
- Handling correspondence, directing inquiries, and ensuring proper documentation.
- Reviewing documents for accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Preparing manuals and providing technical guidance to personnel.
- Coordinating clerical and administrative functions.

What You'll Need For Success
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in administrative support, bookkeeping, office management, or a similar field.

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and excellent proofreading abilities.
