Your missions

Operations Manager 

Location: Dublin

The primary purpose of this role is to serve as the voice of the Irish market within the FREENOW Network. To do so, it’s crucial that you understand the industry and the needs of our drivers and customers better than anyone else. You will lead the efforts to drive driver acquisition and retention in Ireland, ensuring top-tier performance while contributing to the expansion of our national footprint. YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:
  • Taking full responsibility for achieving supply KPIs through effective driver acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders to ensure sustained success and regional growth.
  • Ensuring FREENOW complies with Dispatch Operator standards as required by the NTA and other regulatory bodies.
  • Troubleshooting and providing solutions for technical issues and escalations

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
  • A minimum of at least 3 years practical work experience in Operations (manager level desirable) and people management.
  • Innovative creative problem solver: Be comfortable with identifying and solving problems on the fly
  • Metrics driven: You gravitate to KPIs and hold yourself and other team members accountable to clear goals.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Relationship-builder: You enjoy meeting people and are great and quickly understanding how to best work together.
  • Coordination of multiple internal departments to ensure all teams are aligned e.g marketing & Ops
  • Understanding of trading business and the operating environment.
  • Proven ability to improve and streamline processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

GOOD TO HAVE:

  • Experience of SPSV industry is helpful but not essential.
  • Experience in service delivery industry.
  • SQL knowledge
