Job description

Your missions

We are seeking a Data Project Manager to join our young and fresh data team. This role is a blend of product management, project management, and Scrum Master responsibilities, specifically focused on data processes. You will be the key contact for stakeholders, coordinating with the data team to ensure the successful delivery of projects and managing the overall data roadmap.

Act as the primary point of contact for data-related requests, ensuring that stakeholder needs are understood and addressed.
Support the team through discovery phases for new projects, assessing requirements, gathering detailed information, and evaluating the feasibility and impact of requests.
Work closely with stakeholders and the data team to refine and prioritize project requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational objectives.
Utilize agile methodologies to manage the development process (Sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, etc.)
Support the team in fostering a data-driven culture across the organization. This involves promoting best practices in data utilization, ensuring teams understand the value of data, and helping departments integrate data into their daily operations for better decision-making and performance improvement.
