Job Title: Remote Senior eCommerce Consultant (100% Work From Home)


Location: Remote from Latin America


Position Type: Full-time


Salary: $20 USD/hour (approximately $3,200 USD/month) - payments done weekly via Wise


Schedule: 40 hours/week; CT or EST; if doing a 4 day workweek instead of 5, we would set the particular day off (it likely would not be a choice but would either end up a Friday or a Monday)



Job Overview:

Our client is seeking a Senior eCommerce Consultant to join their team. This remote-based position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from home. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting a growing portfolio of clients on Amazon and Walmart platforms, demonstrating a deep understanding of the ever-changing marketplace and providing expert consulting and training services.

To succeed in this role, the Senior eCommerce Consultant must be a self-starter with exceptional customer service skills, a results-oriented mindset, a passion for problem-solving, adaptability to new technologies, and a commitment to continuous improvement.



Responsibilities:

  • Identify areas for improvement in seller and vendor accounts.
  • Handle case management, appeals, and plans of action.
  • Create, edit, and optimize listings using flat files and Amazon's UI.
  • Conduct keyword research for both listings and sponsored product campaigns.
  • Create and optimize sponsored product campaigns using Amazon's search term report.
  • Optimization of listings using Amazon’s SEO best practices
  • Analyze competitor listings and strategies.
  • Identify and partner with third-party vendors.
  • Evaluate and recommend third-party software for clients.
  • Assist with brand registry enrollment and trademark processes.
  • Support clients with inventory management strategies.
  • Identify and explore marketplace opportunities for international growth.
  • Participate in prospective client calls to assist in the sales process.
