Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Immerse guests in unmatched luxury service.
  • Uphold and embody our service policies in every interaction.
  • Manage transactions and book appointments for acclaimed spa, salon, and fitness services, tailoring recommendations to guests’ preferences.
  • Address guest inquiries with grace and professionalism, resolving concerns efficiently.
  • Make sound financial decisions to protect revenues and ensure smooth transactions.
  • Exceed sales targets by incorporating upgrades and additional services to enhance the guest experience.
  • Navigate operational systems, utilizing platforms such as SpaBiz and other proprietary software for booking.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of our prestigious products, services, and promotions.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new team members.
  • Report any incidents or accidents to management promptly.
  • Embrace additional duties as assigned by spa leadership.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Education & Experience

  • Previous experience in a luxury call center setting is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated customer service excellence within a 5-star hotel property or similar environment.
  • A dedicated professional with an unwavering commitment to superior service.
  • Skilled in innovative problem-solving and effectively managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Keen eye for detail to ensure no aspect of the guest experience is overlooked.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and accountability, exemplifying professionalism.

Education Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED is required for this role.

Additional Requirements

  • Availability aligning with facility operating hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Sedentary work, potentially requiring lifting/moving objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Capable of essential physical tasks, including reaching, standing, walking, pushing, and pulling.
  • Proficiency in essential tools such as computers, calculators, fax machines, and copiers.
