As a key member of our Solution Consulting team, you will play a crucial role in driving our future success by supporting solution sales across various domains. This position involves hands-on technical consulting and solution positioning throughout the sales cycle, working closely with Sales, Product Management, and our executive team.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a technical and domain expert, supporting product sales and assisting a client-facing sales team.
  • Lead discovery workshops to understand customer challenges and provide tailored product demonstrations.
  • Address technical questions about product features from customers, channel partners, and team members.
  • Provide feedback to Product Management on potential product enhancements to better meet customer needs.
  • Share best practices and reusable assets with fellow Solution Consultants to improve team efficiency and quality.
  • Stay updated on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
  • Support marketing events such as executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering.
  • Proficiency with cloud software solutions or a strong technical background in relevant platforms.
  • Experience collaborating with Product Management, Product Marketing, partners, and professional services.
  • Skills in territory management, including pipeline building and working with Sales counterparts to ensure execution excellence.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
