Position Overview

The Administrative Assistant is a vital role that ensures our office runs smoothly and efficiently. Under the guidance of the Operations Team Lead, you will engage in a variety of tasks that support both our internal operations and client-facing activities. This position is perfect for a proactive self-starter who is eager to learn, highly organized, and keen to gain comprehensive experience in corporate operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Interaction: Warmly welcome and greet clients and visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience from the moment they step through our doors.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update client and prospect data in our CRM system with meticulous attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Documentation: Prepare and process paperwork for new accounts, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with our company standards.
  • Operational Support: Assist in the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence with finesse.
  • Project Assistance: Collaborate with the operations team on special projects, contributing to research, data analysis, and the execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Event Coordination: Play a key role in planning and executing company events and employee social activities, fostering a vibrant and engaging work environment.
  • Office Maintenance: Manage office supplies, ensure common areas are tidy and organized, and liaise with vendors as needed to keep our workspace running smoothly.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. We value diverse backgrounds and experiences.
  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service, operations, or administrative roles is a plus. Relevant school or internship experience will also be considered.
