Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Marketing and Communications Team in Portugal. The Marketing Manager will play a key role in shaping and executing the go-to-market strategy of the company’s portfolio offer. This position requires a deep understanding of our offerings, brand and market positioning and the ability to operationalise marketing strategies effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy & Planning

    • Design and implement comprehensive go-to-market plans for our offers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and targets.

    • Define the positioning and messaging of our offerings, ensuring all marketing materials are aligned with the local and global positioning strategy.

    • Manage the marketing budget for assigned offers, ensuring effective resource allocation and maximising ROI.

  • Marketing Campaigns & Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Develop targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives, coordinating with sales and business units to achieve the expected results, and in close collaboration with the Marketing Global Agency.

    • Develop campaign/project briefings and ensure continuous alignment with the internal Marketing Global Agency focused on the quality of deliverables and deadline fulfilment.

    • Develop compelling content for various marketing channels and plan and execute marketing events strategy. 

  • Customer Insights and Feedback

    • Gather and analyse customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and improve the customer experience, utilising insights for continuous improvement.

  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting 

    • Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports on key metrics and adjusting strategies to optimise results.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management or a related field.

  • More than 5 years of work experience in similar positions, preferably within the tech or consulting industries.

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).

  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

  • Ability to analyse data and metrics to inform decision-making.

  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
