Senior Software Engineer (AU Mortgage & Finance, Permanent Home-based)

Salary: P140,000 to P180,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (10:00 AM - 07:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Extensive experience developing complex web-based software in a team environment
• .NET 6 and ASP.NET;
• Database design and advanced SQL
• Understands software is a team sport
• Interested in the business models of software products, not just the technical challenges of programming

Nice to Have:

• Experience with the design and implementation of Data Analytics/Reporting Pipelines
• Dev ops - Bash scripting, GitHub Actions, Infra as code (terraform), AWS and Octopus Deploy;
• Event-driven architecture and abstraction libraries e.g. MassTransit;
• Experience with a modern web UI framework (Angular/Vue/React)
• Docker Desktop

What will you do?

• Analyze system requirements and prioritize tasks
• Write clean, testable code using .NET programming languages
• Develop technical specifications and architecture
• Test and debug various .NET applications
• Review and refactor code
• Deploy fully functional applications
• Upgrade existing programs
• Support junior developers’ work
• Document development and operational procedures
