Supply Chain Project Manager

Description

Join our dynamic Supply Chain team, dedicated to enhancing operations through strategic supply chain and warehouse improvements. We take pride in identifying and executing impactful projects that drive efficiency and support business growth. In this role, you’ll work on large-scale initiatives that have a real impact, collaborating with International Supply Chain Management, external consultants, vendors, and other key stakeholders to design, implement, and execute effective plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the implementation of supply chain strategies and assist with testing new procedures and systems.
• Recommend and implement process improvements within your area of responsibility.
• Communicate effectively with divisions and external vendors.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
• Analyze data and generate reports to guide strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with team members and provide updates to leadership.
• Uphold the security and confidentiality of documents and data.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  
  

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in business or a related area.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with programming languages (e.g., VBA, R, SQL, Python).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and effective time management.
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in an office or remote setting with regular use of computer and office equipment.
• Frequent sitting, reaching, grasping, standing, and moving between areas.
• Occasionally lifting and moving up to 25 lbs.
  
  

Travel

• Minimal travel required for training, project work, and administrative tasks.
