Duck Creek Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst

Job Description:

Role: Duck Creek QA Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases for Duck Creek applications.
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Identify and document defects and work with developers to resolve them.
• Ensure the quality and functionality of Duck Creek solutions.
• Automate testing processes where feasible.

Technical Skills:

For Policy QA experience pls see details below -

• Candidates should have experience working for at least 1 full cycle project, not just sprint testing
• System testing experience is essential
• Need to have detailed understanding of different types of transactions experience and be able to explain it when asked
• Policy Integration testing is very important and need to be able to explain what they did in detail
• Creating and setting up roles & privileges/permissions is another key area where experience is needed and should be able to give detailed examples
• Should have experience in UW rules & triggers creation
• Forms testing experience and should be able to explain with examples if asked
• Rating experience and should be able to explain
• Regression testing experience is essential

For Billing QA experience pls see details below –

• Candidates should have experience working for at least 1 full cycle project, not just sprint testing
• System testing experience is essential
• Need to have detailed understanding of different types of transactions experience and be able to explain it when asked from policy to Billing
• Billing Integration testing is very important and need to be able to explain what they did in detail
• Creating and setting up roles & privileges/permissions is another key area where experience is needed and should be able to give detailed examples
• Should have experience tasks testing
• Few other functional areas include – Invoices, PCN, automatic payments , disbursements
• Regression testing experience is essential

For Claims QA experience pls see details below –

• Candidates should have experience working for at least 1 full cycle project, not just sprint testing
• System testing experience is essential
• Need to have detailed FNOL experience and be able to explain it when asked
• Integration testing is very important and need to be able to explain what they did in detail
• Creating and setting up roles is another key area where experience is needed and should be able to give detailed examples
• Should have experience in Party creation, role / group assignments
• Regression testing experience is essential.
