Technical Lead - DevOps

We are seeking a Technical Lead - DevOps to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the DevOps team, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for various applications.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to streamline processes and improve development speed and product quality.
• Manage and enhance our cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) to ensure high availability, scalability, and security.
• Automate infrastructure management, configuration, and deployment tasks using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to improve performance and reliability.
• Develop and enforce best practices for infrastructure as code, configuration management, and continuous deployment.
• Stay updated with the latest DevOps tools, technologies, and trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead incident management and root cause analysis for critical infrastructure or application issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement security measures and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-8 years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or a related role.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Hands-on experience with configuration management tools (Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
• Expertise in containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong scripting skills in languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and infrastructure management principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex issues.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience mentoring or leading technical teams.
