Job Description

Our Business Platforms team develops and manages integrated digital platforms that support various business functions, efficiency, connectivity, and innovation across the organization. They are experts in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Marketing Automation, Content Management Systems (CMS), Information Technology Management Systems (ITMS), E-Commerce, Intranet and InsurTech. 

As a Microsoft Power Platform Developer / Consultant at Endava you will be part of an implementation team where you will mainly have the following input: participate/drive solution design on MS Power Platforms/MS Dynamics tech stack, implement the designed solution (declarative and programatic development), do unit testing and guide the testing team, participate/guide the deployment of the solution, guide/review work of more junior colleagues. 

Responsibilities:

  • Design, code, test and deploy MS Dynamics 365 / Power Platforms applications that meet Architecture Blueprint specification 
  • Document design specifications
  • Integrate Dynamics D365 CE solutions into other client’s legacy systems like ERP, Intranet, etc.
  • Participate in execution and documentation of tests, ensuring that an application or architecture meets agreed Quality standards
  • Cooperate and communicate with the client and client teams to follow up on business requirements
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to newer team members
  • Responsible for estimating work content and achieving planned timelines
  • Communicate proposed designs and progress on the work to customers, team leads, and team members

Qualifications
  • Technical background including C#, .Net, Javascript, SQL Server, Design principles 
  • Model-Driven App Knowledge, Dynamics CRM Knowledge, code components, Dataverse Knowledge, proficiency in power platforms tools, previous experience in architecture field 
  • Understanding of MS D365 CE capabilities and architecture and the ability to determine the best approach as to when to employ out of the box configurations vs. custom development; 
  • Web application development experience including HTML, CSS, JavaScript + JS frameworks (jQuery, Angular JS, TypeScript); 
  • Real life experience with Application Lifecycle Management and DevOps; 
  • Experience with other MS technologies e.g.: Resco Mobile CRM, SharePoint, Microsoft Flows, PowerApps, PowerBI, etc. and integration platforms (Logic Apps, SSIS, Scribe, BizTalk) are very welcomed
  • Experience in greenfield implementation projects is a plus
