Graduate UX Researcher

Graduate Program Details

Responsibilities

• In this role, you’ll be responsible for uncovering customer insights, conducting user research, and helping to inform product decisions.
  
• Be a creative, analytical problem solver who’s excited to make an impact on the user experience in Health care.
  
• Collect customer feedback and insights to inform product decisions.
  
• Synthesize data and distill complex research findings into actionable insights.
  
• Conduct user research and usability testing.
  
• Analyze customer behavior and preferences to identify areas of improvement in the user experience
  
• Utilize user-centered design principles to develop innovative solutions to customer needs.
  
• Contribute to the design of user interfaces that are intuitive and visually appealing.
  
• Create presentation materials to share research findings with stakeholders.
  
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to develop user-friendly experiences.
  

Requirements

• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (Please upload ALL transcripts as part of the application process)
  
• Recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, HCI, or a related field.
  
• 1 year of relevant working experience (university projects, internships, employment). 
• You have a passion for making sense of user behavior.
  
• Solid understanding of design principles and a sense of visually appealing designs.
  
• You are a creative problem-solver passionate about digging into complex problems and devising new approaches to reach results.
  
• Excellent written and oral communication, and presentation skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, while also contributing to a team environment.
  
• Must have the equipment and environment to work remotely (laptop/computer, reliable internet connection, quiet, conducive space).
