JOB DESCRIPTION

You're an original. So are we.

We're a company of people who like to forge our own path. We invented the blue jean in 1873, and we reinvented khaki pants in 1986. We pioneered labor and environmental guidelines in manufacturing. And we work to build sustainability into everything we do. Our brands stand for freedom and self-expression around the world.

Where we lead, others follow. For more than 160 years, we've used the strength of our brands to lead with our values and make an outsized impact on the world. We employ more than 15,000 people globally to support our great brands: Levi's®, Dockers®, Denizen®, Signature by Levi Strauss & Co.™ and Beyond Yoga.

About the Job

In the rapidly evolving digital landscape, the Levi’s Mobile App stands as a pivotal component of our next-generation shopping experience. We seek a visionary product leader to define and execute a transformative strategy for our global app user base. This role demands a unique blend of analytical prowess, trend analysis, visionary thinking, and strategic execution. The ideal candidate will not only steer the product strategy but also champion the role of our mobile app within the company, securing buy-in across all levels and translating this collective vision into a concrete reality. Success hinges on your ability to be self-sufficient, anticipate the needs of senior leadership, consumers, and the business, and drive your team to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Develop and articulate a clear, compelling vision for the Mobile App, aligning with broader company objectives and market opportunities.
  • Proactively gather and analyze vast amounts of data from diverse sources to draw insights that inform strategy and product development.
  • Remain at the forefront of consumer, business, and marketplace trends to guide strategic decisions and innovation.
  • Collaborate across functions with Business, UX Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Data Science teams to deliver best-in-class mobile shopping experiences.
  • Foster a culture of customer empathy by ensuring direct contact with partners and customers globally, leveraging insights to drive product enhancements.
  • Cultivate and leverage market and competitor awareness to maintain a strategic edge.
  • Use data-informed decision-making to prioritize features, manage trade-offs, and achieve financial and customer adoption goals.
  • Spearhead initiatives to refine agile processes, optimizing for speed, efficiency, and results.
  • Demonstrate leadership in navigating bottlenecks, managing escalations, and making critical decisions that balance business needs and technical constraints.
  • Act as a mentor and coach, building a high-performing, motivated team aligned with the mission of achieving profits through principles.

About You

  • 12+ years of consumer-facing product management experience, with a proven track record in the mobile app domain (Android, iOS, and React Native).
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience in management consulting strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in influencing product direction and mobilizing teams towards a common vision.
  • Expertise in personalization, recommendations, A/B testing, and leveraging analytics to drive product decisions.
  • Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity in a highly organized manner.
  • Strong analytical skills, with an exceptional ability to use data and metrics to support assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts clearly and persuasively across diverse audiences.
  • Experience with strategic roadmap planning, technology decision-making, and feature trade-off analysis.

The expected starting salary range for this role is $200,000 to $240,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role.
