About the Role

As an Associate Telephonic Client Manager, you will manage revenue growth by selling LexisNexis products. you will meet and exceed the needs of prospects and customers through effective selling.
 

Responsibilities

  • Meeting or exceeding monthly and annual sales goals
  • Identifying, targeting and maximizing revenue and growth opportunities
  • Developing solid relationships with key customer contacts and decision makers
  • Taking responsibility for the overall health and status of the customer relationship
  • Providing customer feedback to internal partners regarding product or content issues
  • Negotiating and renegotiating contracts resulting in an aligned objective
  • Ensuring customer needs are met by gathering insights and reporting progress towards goals
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver on common goals


Requirements

  • Have a high School Diploma or GED
  • Have successful sales experience
  • Display excellent Business-to-business sales experience
  • Demonstrate proven success negotiating contracts and closing business
  • Have experience interacting with C-level corporate executives
  • Display previous field account management and marketing experience
  • Have solid communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Be able to effectively partner and collaborate across teams
  • Be able to occasionally travel (less than 10% of the time).
