About the Role
We are seeking a new team member to fill the position of Application Services Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the integration of SAP S/4HANA.
Key Responsibilities
The role has a global and European scope, with a 50/50 split.
You will play an active role in the global S/4HANA implementation project, managing service operations on both global and regional levels, including testing, training, and migration to S/4HANA.
Your work will span multiple domains, not only the Service domain but also related areas such as Sales and Distribution and Procurement.
You will provide support to the European organization in using global applications within the Service domain.
You will interpret the needs of European Process Owners and key users, translating them into functional designs.
Youll evaluate business process changes, assess their impact on the Sales domain, and propose improvements.
You will work closely with the global support team to implement, test, and document new functionality.
Part of your role will involve training users on new or updated features and ensuring training materials are current.
Youll solve problems and act as a key advisor to business management.
You will collaborate with colleagues to support the integration of business applications across Yokogawa Europe.
About You
You have experience and knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA, particularly in the SAP Customer Service (CS) domain.
Familiarity with Order Management or Procurement is a plus.
You are proficient in English.
Strong communication skills are a must.
You possess strong analytical and advisory abilities.
