Your missions

AI REV is a boutique partnership of practical AI experts with a strong track record. We provide state-of-the-art consulting and project delivery for enterprise clients. Tasks

- Lead and mentor highly skilled engineers
- Drive project deliverables and timelines
- Foster a culture of Engineering Excellence and innovation
- Client engagement and expectation management
- Circa 75% of your time is active programming (you decide exact %)

Requirements

Experience in Full Stack Development (Golang, React) or ML (Python, NLP, Computer Vision, Predictive Analysis)
Exceptional leadership and team management skills
Strong business acumen and client engagement experience
Adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Soft Skills:

Exceptional emotional intelligence;
Strong communication abilities.

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI, or related fields is preferred;
Degree in Computer Science/Engineering (MBA is a plus) or equivalent experience;
Previous roles in major corporations are a plus.
