Job description

Want to join a fast-moving company and work among convivial teams? Pernod Ricard is looking for its next Global Transformation Analyst Intern, starting in January 2025. You will join the Global Transformation Team, created to be the roadmap owner as well as the value and business controller of global transformation delivery while helping on change management and animating the Transformation community of the Group. You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.

Your key missions:

  • You will facilitate the consolidation of the "scorecard" exercise to map all Transformation initiatives by:
    • Mapping out interdependencies of projects across functions
    • Identifying elements to be challenged ahead of one-on-one discussions with different program leaders across various functions
    • Comparing the consolidated business value impact from transformation initiatives to past and forecasted value trajectory for the group
    • Monitoring the evolution of resources linked to transformation initiatives, including the split between internal vs external resources, average cost per FTE, etc.
    • Continuous improvement of associated tools (PowerBI, Asgard)
  • You will provide support to the Global Transformation Office on key meeting preparations by:
    • Monitoring the overall PMO, including identifying and validating new projects and providing regular reporting to various organizational levels (Ex-Com, HQ CODI, other CODIs, etc.)
    • Preparing PowerPoint documents for key regular meetings such as Global Transfo SteerCos, Transfo Community animation, ELT, ExCom, etc.
    • Running ad-hoc analysis to gain a better understanding of the costs linked to transformation in collaboration with finance and HR.
  • You will stay vigilant about new "transformation" initiatives outside of Pernod Ricard by:
    • Keeping the Global Transformation Office informed about new digital trends and transformation programs that could be launched by other players within FMCG and outside the industry
    • Conducting external benchmarking based on needs, focusing on data organization, digital organization, etc.
  • You will assist in the future launch of new strategic plan by assisting in ad-hoc analysis and preparing materials related to transformation to support discussions with the Strategy & Insights teams

  • You have good planning, implementation, and presentation skills.
  • You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • You are enrolled in a master's degree program or equivalent in business, management, or finance.
  • Prior internships in management consulting, strategic planning, or international project management is a plus.
  • You are fluent in English; French is a plus.
