Website Manager

Job Title: Website Manager 

Location: Fully Remote

Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Website Manager to optimize and manage our website, handle digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads and Meta), fulfill orders, manage customer service inquiries, and oversee our eBay account. Knowledge in design is a bonus, allowing you to contribute creatively to our brand's online presentation.

Work Schedule: 9am to 5pm UK time

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Management: Optimize and maintain the website to ensure a seamless user experience, manage updates, and troubleshoot any issues.
• Google Ads & Meta Marketing: Develop, execute, and manage effective digital marketing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to drive traffic and sales.
• Order Fulfillment: Process and fulfill customer orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent support through email, phone, or live chat.
• eBay Account Management: Manage and optimize our eBay store, including product listings, pricing, and order processing.
• Design Contribution: Assist with creating or improving design elements for marketing materials, website visuals, and product listings (if applicable).

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in website management, e-commerce, and digital marketing.
• Proficiency in managing Google Ads and Meta marketing campaigns.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in order fulfillment and customer service.
• Experience with eBay store management is highly preferred.
• Basic design skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) are a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the e-commerce industry or a similar role.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and website analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
• Knowledge of email marketing platforms and strategies is a plus.
