Job Summary

This role Supports the organization in facilitating and maintaining vendor relationships by applying expert knowledge to the end-to-end fulfillment process. The Vendor Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring our clients receive superior and high-quality service by utilizing in-depth knowledge as it relates to system functionality and client specifications. This position is responsible for delivering a high level of service to our vendors as well as ensuring high operational standards

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitoring operational processes related to vendor partnerships and production processes to ensure adherence to established procedural metrics and guidelines 
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors by communicating with them frequently to answer questions and SLA levels 
  • Evaluate the current vendor roster, review of time service numbers and issues on a monthly basis, providing detailed and accurate vendor performance reports.
  • Create and maintaining monthly, quarterly vendor SLA metric communications to business, to include QBRs
  • Assist with routine audits of vendor deliverables to ensure quality standards  
  • Support operational team with additional duties, analyzing performance and supporting other areas as needed. 
  • Monthly review & reconciliation of vendor invoices and billing data
  • Partner with IT Development and other key stakeholders to identify efficiency gains

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 2-3 years in a similar support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Must be able to develop and cultivate relationships with vendors
  • Able to multitask efficiently and effectively 
  • High level of professional and diplomatic written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to stay calm and positive in stressful and demanding situations 
  • Critical Thinking and Decision-Making Skills
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to research items and resolve problems
