Description

EK Health Services Inc. is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Vice President of Sales to lead our national sales efforts in achieving the Sales Department’s $3 million annual revenue sales target. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive growth, enhance market penetration, and align with our mission to deliver innovative, high-quality healthcare solutions.


Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Sales Leadership: Drive revenue growth by generating and closing sales opportunities to meet and exceed a personal $2      million annual revenue sales target through strategic leadership to the sales organization, driving a high-performance culture.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive national sales strategy that aligns with EK Health Services      Inc.’s business objectives. Tailor strategies to different regional markets to maximize revenue across the nation.
  • Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a sales  teams to ensure alignment, and achieve individual and team sales goals. Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and support to ensure success in delivering EK Health’s value propositions to clients.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Standardize and optimize the sales process across all regions to ensure consistency and efficiency. Leverage CRM tools and data analytics to monitor performance and drive informed decision-making.
  • Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts within the healthcare industry.      Provide strategic insights and adjust sales tactics to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
