Kingsway Soft Integration Specialist

About the Role: 

We are seeking an experienced Kingsway Soft Integration Specialist to support the migration from Scribe to Kingsway Soft, integrating with Microsoft Dynamics 365 as our CRM. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Kingsway Soft for Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and expertise in designing, building, and testing ETL solutions. The candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the project, from initial configuration to documentation and deployment. 

 Key Responsibilities:

• Integration & Configuration:
  • Set up and configure Kingsway Soft for seamless integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Build and deploy data integration packages using Kingsway Soft SSIS components, ensuring accurate data migration and synchronization between systems.
  • Customize and map data flows between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other external systems, databases, or APIs.
• Development & Buildout:
  • Develop efficient ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes using Kingsway Soft’s data integration components.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and design ETL solutions that align with business needs.
  • Ensure high performance and optimized integration pipelines, handling data validation, error handling, and troubleshooting.
• Testing & Validation:
  • Conduct rigorous testing of all ETL processes and integration workflows to ensure data integrity and performance.
  • Perform performance tuning on Kingsway Soft packages to meet scalability requirements.
  • Monitor data integration processes for failures, and discrepancies, and optimize real-time error-handling mechanisms.
• Documentation:
  • Create detailed technical documentation for all Kingsway Soft configurations, processes, and data flows.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of integration procedures and solutions for internal audits and future reference.
  • Provide training and guidance to internal IT teams on managing and maintaining the Kingsway Soft environment post-deployment.
• Support & Maintenance:
  • Provide post-implementation support for troubleshooting, updates, and enhancements.
  • Proactively monitor the integration environment and troubleshoot any issues related to Kingsway Soft packages.

 Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise:
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Kingsway Soft Data Integration Toolkit for SSIS.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server, including database architecture, query optimization, and SSIS development.
  • Experience integrating Kingsway Soft with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including custom data mappings and transformations.
  • Knowledge of Scribe migration processes is a plus.
• Skills & Abilities:
  • In-depth understanding of ETL processes, data migration, and synchronization techniques.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in managing real-time data pipelines.
  • Ability to document complex integration processes clearly and concisely.
• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Relevant certifications in Kingsway Soft or SSIS development are an advantage.
