Job Description

The Site Administrator opportunity is a full time position, 100% site based, located on Skelton Grange.  

As the Site Administrator on our project site, you will;

  • Coordinate the office administrative tasks for the site, including ordering office supplies, filing, organisation of travel, recording and storing of documentation
  • Provide full administrative support to the Site Manager and keep him informed of all site related activities
  • Controlling Document on PIRS and distribution of documents to engineering team
  • Welcome visitors and clients including arranging catering as required
  • Be aware of all Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) requirements relevant to their role, and implement and comply with them.

Qualifications

Professional Qualifications

  • Administrative experience ideally from within Construction or Engineering industries or site based administrative roles.
  • Basic diploma or equivalent in office administration (desirable)
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft suite of applications
  • Experience on PIRS or similar document control system (desirable)

Personal Qualifications

  • Solution orientated, good forward planner, ability to present ideas effectively
  • Good command of English, other languages an advantage
  • Ability to work with limited supervision and manage your own workload
