What we're looking for

Our client, a successful US-based DTC brand is seeking an experienced Creative Strategist to craft high-performing content that resonates with their American consumers. This role blends creative content creation, graphic design, video editing, and copywriting to drive engagement and conversions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the US market and culture, with at least 3-5 years of experience creating performance-driven content specifically for US audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative and engaging creative concepts for social media, email marketing, and digital campaigns tailored to US consumers.
  • Design visually appealing graphics, edit videos, and produce multimedia content that drives brand performance.
  • Write persuasive, on-brand copy that connects with the US audience and drives conversions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align creative strategies with performance goals, ensuring content is optimized for engagement and ROI.
  • Stay informed on US market trends, cultural moments, and consumer behavior to create timely and relevant content.
  • Use data and performance metrics to analyze the success of creative assets and iterate for improvement.
  • Work closely with the paid media team to ensure creative assets are aligned with campaign strategies and audience targeting.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience working in the US market, with a deep understanding of American culture, consumer behavior, and UGC trends.
  • Proven experience in performance content creation, including graphic design, video editing, and copywriting.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful creative work across various digital platforms targeting US consumers.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and digital content formats that perform well in the US market.
  • Ability to analyze and leverage performance data to refine and optimize creative strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to deliver high-quality content under tight deadlines.
