Key responsabilities:
- Provide technical assistance and proactive preventive maintenance care for guest rooms.
- Complete daily work requests, maintenance tasks, and repairs in various areas.
- Respond to guest needs and assist other technicians as needed.
- Understand and follow Omni's fire alarm procedures, job scenarios, and services.
- Ensure the upkeep of preventative maintenance logs, project assignments, and proper scheduling.
