What You Will Do:

  • Performing invoice control
  • Checking the data and comparing the details in the system
  • Meet team KPIs
  • Correcting discrepancies if needed
  • Securely work with customers’ sensitive information
  • Communicating with suppliers in regard to invoices
  • Maintain working knowledge of our client’s products and services

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • Excellent German is a must (at least C1 level) and upper-intermediate English
  • Attention to details
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Will be a great plus:

  • Experience in back-office position
  • Experience in customer service
