Job Summary:

The Integrated Marketing Manager will play a critical role in driving marketing initiatives and strategies that enhance client engagement and boost both online and in-store sales. This role involves developing promotional plans, managing the company website, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date content across all channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, expertise in digital marketing, and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams at all levels. With a focus on strategic planning, performance reporting, and optimizing co-op participation, the Marketing Strategist will be key to advancing the company’s marketing objectives. This position requires occasional travel for events and client visits. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and strategize marketing and promotional activities with assigned clients to drive local consumers to shop both online and in-store.
  • Clearly articulate complex marketing strategies to clients and ensure their understanding.
  • Create detailed promotional plans, package them into easy-to-follow programs, and distribute content across multiple channels and formats.
  • Ensure all promotional content is coordinated across media channels, including website updates, digital platforms, third-party print vendors, and others as necessary.
  • Oversee the management of the company website, including but not limited to ensuring content is regularly updated, pricing is accurate, promotional content is current, and third-party integrations are properly managed.
  • Stay up-to-date with current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices, and translate these into actionable insights for clients.
  • Develop strategic plans and distill them into actionable scope briefs, ensuring deadlines are met, with a 90-day planning horizon.
  • Provide monthly reports to clients on performance and conversions across all media channels and the website, focusing on digital KPIs.
  • Work effectively with all levels of the organization, collaborating daily with various teams and departments.
  • Lead and participate in webinars and conference calls with field representatives as needed.
  • Drive retailer participation in advertising and ensure co-op submissions are claimed correctly and promptly after events.
  • Identify opportunities to increase retailer co-op percentages and participation.
  • Attend Nationwide PrimeTime events twice annually; additional travel may be required for client account visits.
  • Additional duties may be assigned to accommodate the changing demands of the role and organization

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Five years of experience in account management and marketing, with 1-2 years of expertise in digital marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Candidate will be required to complete and pass a background check screening upon offer of employment.

Work Environment:

Must be able to read, write, and communicate both verbally and in written form to express and exchange ideas. While performing the responsibilities of this job, the employee must be able to access all components of workstation and other office equipment. Frequent typing, writing, bending, and twisting. Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds.

General office environment with moderate noise. This position is mostly sedentary, involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. A busy environment with many unscheduled interruptions. Frequent computer use at workstation for extended periods of time. Public contact position requiring appropriate business apparel.
