Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM (MST)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day operations, including logistics, event coordination, and team management. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless operations across various event services and coordinating the warehouse stock, equipment maintenance, and team scheduling. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities while working closely with event planners and baristas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Coordination: Ensure all event service timelines are accurate and updated in collaboration with the event planner to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Warehouse Management: Ensure the warehouse is stocked with necessary products and coordinate repairs and maintenance of equipment.
  • Vendor Management: Order products through vendor websites and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Team Management: Hire, onboard, and manage a small team of 5-10 contracted baristas, including creating training schedules.
  • Emergency Response: Be available to address phone calls from baristas outside business hours in case of emergencies.

Software Proficiency:

  • Slack: For team communication.
  • Google Suite: For managing schedules, timelines, and coordinating with vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in operations, event coordination, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage teams remotely.
