Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Overview: 

As Digital marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating and scheduling engaging content, managing digital marketing initiatives, and interacting with our online community. You will also collaborate with the team using Microsoft products and tools, and apply basic photo-editing skills to support our digital marketing efforts.

Job Description: 
  • Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest. Create, schedule, and monitor engaging social media content that aligns with our brand and goals.
  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize Microsoft products, including SharePoint, to collaborate with the team and maintain content databases.
  • Implement and manage digital marketing initiatives, including email marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze website performance and user engagement metrics; although not responsible for SEO implementation, a solid understanding of SEO practices is required to help evaluate website content.
  • Use basic photo-editing skills to modify images for social media posts and other digital platforms.
  • Leverage tools like ChatGPT and similar programs to create content, automate responses, or assist in creative marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance the company’s online presence



Requirements
  • 5 Years proven experience in managing social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and email marketing strategies. Basic photo-editing skills (e.g., using Canva, Photoshop, or similar programs).
  • Understanding of SEO principles and website analytics. Ability to utilize ChatGPT and similar AI tools for content creation and strategy development.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and in a different time zone than the management team. Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with content scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).
  • A keen eye for detail and creativity in content creation.
