About the role:

The Brand Partnerships Manager is a pivotal role responsible for driving the success of our branded content initiatives. Reporting directly to the founder, this position will be the key link between brand partners and the company. Your work will ensure that brand collaborations are not only effective but also creatively elevate our platform’s reputation as the global leader in AI on social media.


Responsibilities:

  • Brand Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for brands, understanding and translating their goals into compelling content strategies.
  • Content Coordination: Work closely with the content creation team to ensure brand messages are effectively communicated and aligned with what our audience is interested in
  • Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of branded content creation, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Creative Strategy Development: Collaborate on the development of content strategies that meet both brand objectives and audience engagement goals.
  • Feedback Integration: Facilitate the incorporation of brand feedback, ensuring the final product meets or exceeds expectations..
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with brand partners, positioning our platform as their go-to for AI-driven content.
  • Industry Insight: Stay up-to-date with AI trends and market movements to provide strategic insights for future projects.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Take the lead on branded content initiatives while closely collaborating with the founder, who will provide deep insights into the audience and effective engagement strategies. As you grow into the role, you will increasingly shape the direction of our brand partnerships, ensuring they align with our platform's vision and audience expectations.


Candidate requirements:

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in brand partnerships, content creation, or a related field, preferably within a digital or social media context.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A deep understanding of content creation for Instagram, particularly in video.
  • Being able to write and create content that is easy-to-understand for our audience.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess project outcomes and recommend improvements.
  • Passion for AI, with a strong desire to stay ahead of industry trends and leverage new technologies.
