About the role

Our growing team is looking for a PAM Specialist and Product Owner!

The PAM Specialist will be responsible for contributing to the maintenance and development of the CyberArk product within the PAM team.

What you'll do:

  • Inspire and work with an agile multidisciplinary team.

  • Continue to develop the product vision and participate in roadmap development.

  • Work closely with multiple stakeholders and managers to determine requirements.

  • Ensure the relevance of proposed solutions within an overall vision and with a view to maintaining operational readiness.

  • Ensure that the proposed solutions perfectly meet the challenges and functional expectations of the business, while guaranteeing compliance with best security practices,

  • Design and continuously improve DevSecOps tools, processes and procedures to keep abreast of security best practices.

  • Audit existing systems to propose improvements.

  • Translate needs, requirements and rules into processes and procedures.

  • Train and coach team resources on best practices and privilege management.

  • Contribute to the establishment of the strategic plan for PAM solutions.

What you need :

  • Expertise in PAM subjects: experience & mastery of CyberArk products required (Pcloud, EPM, CP, CCP, WPM).

  • Expertise in IAM standards (Identity Federation, IDP, SAML, IDConnect, Oauth, etc.).

  • Relevant professional qualifications (CISSP, CyberArk Defender,CyberArk Sentry).

  • At least 5 years' experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM).

  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

  • Knowledge of identity and access management tools (IIQ, Okta, etc.).

  • Knowledge of Active Directory services, Azure AD.

  • Exceptional communication and workshop management skills.

  • Ability to understand complex technical requirements.

  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence.

  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.

  • No Canadian work experience required, but must have authorization to work in Canada.
