Job Details

Summary:

This position is responsible for contacting vendors to obtain purchase order and allocation information. Working directly with the Billing Analysts to provide timely and accurate reporting used by our clients, Customer Service and Vendor Management teams to facilitate the client payment process.

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Contacting vendors to obtain purchase orders

  • Working with Billing Analyst to provide timely and accurate reporting

  • Cost allocation/PO match reporting

  • Process,/audit the data to ensure customer's billing meets expectations and is accurate

  • Collaborate with Program Performance Team to obtain accurate vendor information

  • Works with client and internal resources as necessary to develop standards and rules regarding customer's report requirements

  • Time management and organizational skills

  • Represent the department at internal and external meetings regarding reporting

  • Fields internal and external requests

  • Participates in continuous professional, self development courses as assigned

  • Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a two year associate’s degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education

  • Normally requires less than one (1) year directly related experience

  • SAP experience preferred

  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing

  • Works well under pressure and effective at meeting deadlines

  • Familiarity with global geographical locations, airport codes

  • Ability to work independently, self-starter, energetic

  • Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
