The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
 

As a Billing Specialist – Customer Service you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Providing billing services and account reconciliation support for Solventum’s customers and internal personnel 
  • Handling internal and external customer inquiries, claims, complaints; interpreting policies, investigating problems; and communicating with other departments and providers to research and resolve issues, identifying and implementing service solutions 
  • Participating in relevant corporate programs/initiatives 
  • Ensuring professional, quality and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties  
  • Complying with corporate policies and procedures while acting in a manner consistent with Solventum’s values and ethical standards 

Your Skills and Expertise 
 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 1 years of Billing and/or Accounting experience

OR

  • High School Diploma/GED from AND 5 years of Billing and/or Accounting experience

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

  • Billing Experience in a private, public, government or military environment
  • 2 years of PC experience, including experience Microsoft Office products

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to stay focused on tasks, handle multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate to resolve issues and identify process improvements

  • Excellent oral and written communication

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $72,681 - $88,832, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
