Position Summary
As an integral part of our consulting team, we are seeking an experienced Fullstack Developer to join our Emerging Technology Practice. Your role will be crucial in developing and refining Generative AI-powered solutions. You will play a key role in constructing and preserving solutions for our clients in healthcare, higher education, and other sectors, ensuring superior quality, performance, and reliability across both backend and frontend components.

Qualifications

Candidate Profile:

You are a technically proficient professional with hands-on experience in Generative AI. You demonstrate a robust blend of technical, architectural, and developer competencies, complemented by a solid understanding of business vision.

Key Qualifications:

- A minimum of 3 years' professional experience in a related field, ideally with a focus on AI and machine learning.

- Familiarity with AI and ML frameworks, Azure/AWS AI Stack, Python, JavaScript, React, and REST APIs.

- An understanding of Azure OpenAI and other leading GenAI models from Anthropic, Meta, Google, and Amazon are desirable.

- Experience in designing and implementing enterprise search frameworks would be beneficial.

- Good communication skills, with the ability to convey complex product concepts to various audiences.

- Familiarity with DevOps principles, including code repository, code management, CI/CD

- Azure/Google Cloud Platform or Amazon Web Services certifications would be a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering or related field

The estimated base salary for this job is $105,000 - $130,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $117,600 - $153,400. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
