You’re passionate about building standout event programs, both digital and in-person. You know how to source the right events, build compelling event plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to make sure each event is a success.

Responsibilities

As part of this role, you’ll:

  • Source and manage a calendar of third-party events in the SDR, sales, and relevant industry verticals, including both physical and digital events.
  • Propose strategic decisions on which events to sponsor, attend, or speak at, ensuring alignment with our growth objectives.
  • Build comprehensive event plans to maximize brand exposure, pipeline generation, and overall presence at each event.
  • Manage event budgets and logistics, coordinating sponsorships, staffing, and materials across all involved teams.
  • Develop our first-party event portfolio to engage key prospects and customers.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and other teams to drive attendance and generate pipeline during and after each event.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in event marketing or a related field, with a proven ability to manage both third-party and hosted events.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple events and logistics at once.
  • A strategic mindset for selecting events and building event programs that drive brand awareness and pipeline growth.
  • Experience managing budgets and coordinating across teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with internal teams and external partners.
