Reports to the Sr Adoption Strategist, Digital Enablement and is responsible for assisting the third-party digital adoption and enablement platform product owner in driving realization of enterprise adoption, user experience and cost-to-serve objectives.

Essential Functions

  • Partner with business teams to understand their product and business process change needs and coordinate deployment of available adoption/change platforms to support business change objectives
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the adoption/change platforms to lead internal demos and art-of-the-possible discussions with existing and potential internal partner teams
  • Prioritize intake from multiple sources and help business teams stand up or accelerate available adoption/change platforms in conjunction with their core business applications, including initial use case identification and KPI impact analysis, business case development support, coordination with technology teams as needed, arranging for proofs of concept and completing initial solution builds
  • Complete assigned actions to ensure vendor relationship is fully compliant with Key’s Third Party Risk Management Program
  • Perform platform user administration functions
  • Produce comprehensive digital product documentation for each platform

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in digital business and/or product development; digital product management experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information systems management or equivalent preferred
  • Combination of business depth and technical savvy.
  • Experience working in a collaborative, Agile, and data-driven environment.
  • Digital native with a strong understanding of the digital landscape, technologies, disrupters, and best practices.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Experience creating innovative digital products and services that drive business results.
  • Working knowledge and appreciation for user-centered design and digital user experience.
  • Passionate about leveraging user-generated data and third-party data to create intelligent software driven customer experiences.
  • Foster and encourage frequent, open and honest feedback; learn from setbacks and mistakes to drive improvements; independently seeking learning opportunities.
  • Polished and confident communication ability; possesses written, verbal and stand-up presentation skills, adjusting communications to audience.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, decision making and ability to drive continuous improvement.
  • Proficient use of personal computers including use of Microsoft Office and various web-based software applications and databases.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
