JOB DESCRIPTION:
As an SCM Business Analyst, you will partner closely with our operations team to drive improvements in our Oracle Cloud ERP solution and other business systems. Your role will involve performing root cause corrective actions, defining and refining processes, gathering business requirements, and providing effective solutions to enhance our operational efficiency. Additionally, you will educate the operations team on business processes and functionality changes, review quarterly system updates, and communicate the impacts to the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the operations team to identify areas for improvement in Oracle Cloud ERP and other business systems.
Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions to address system and process issues.
Define and document business processes and requirements to develop and implement effective solutions.
Educate operations personnel on changes in business processes and ERP functionalities.
Review and analyze quarterly ERP updates, identify affected areas, and communicate relevant changes to the business.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of system improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
3-5 years of experience working in operations with hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud ERP solutions.
Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to perform root cause analysis and process improvement.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in managing system changes and educating users on new functionalities and processes.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results and solutions.

AnnualBase pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
