About the Role:

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the effective management and optimization of our Salesforce environment. You will work closely with the Senior Salesforce Administrator and various departments to maintain and enhance our Salesforce system, ensuring it meets the needs of our organization and supports our strategic goals. You’ll ensure that our Salesforce instance meets the evolving needs of our fully remote organization and users.​​ This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Enterprise Cloud functionality and configuration, exceptional systems-thinking skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with GTM teams.

Responsibilities:

  • System Administration: Assist with day-to-day Salesforce administration tasks including user setup, profile management, permissions, and data management.

  • Configuration: Support the customization of Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows to meet business needs.

  • Data Management: Perform data imports, exports, and cleanup activities to maintain data accuracy and integrity.

  • User Support: Provide first-level support for Salesforce users, addressing and resolving issues, and conducting user training sessions as needed.

  • Reporting & Dashboards: Assist in creating and maintaining reports and dashboards to support decision-making and track key metrics.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with team members to implement enhancements.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and changes to the Salesforce environment.

  • Compliance & Security: Ensure Salesforce data and processes adhere to company policies and best practices for data security and compliance.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a SaaS business 

  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201)

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and integration capabilities

  • Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to apply systems thinking to solve problems and improve the performance of complex projects

  • Ability to identify data inaccuracies and diagnose and own the development of solutions to correct disparities

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills

  • $75,000 - $90,000, depending on experience
