Why this role is important?

Term Length: 12 Months

Term End: January 9, 2026 

As of October 15, 2024 Loblaw has adopted the following Hybrid working model (a combination of working between the office and remotely). Colleagues will continue working remotely up to 1 day a week, while spending the other 4 days in the office.

Overview:

Reporting into the Director, Scientific Affairs and Quality Assurance, the Student will assist with the below.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Role will provide support across both the Quality Assurance and Pharmacovigilance teams to ensure that systems are maintained in compliance with applicable procedures, standards and regulations. Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Documentation management support (receipt, review, reconciliation, storage, archival)
  • Support for tracking of key performance indicators and reporting scorecards
  • Support in client and external audit preparation
  • Support for transportation validation activities
  • Ad hoc tasks as required

 

Educational Requirements:

  • Working towards a post-secondary education in a related scientific field and/or post-graduate diploma in Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs / Quality Assurance.
