Cyber Security Training & Enablement Specialist Summary:

The need for cyber-security enablement is exploding and we’re seeking an individual to join our professional services team to deliver instructor-led training to customers and partners.  You will play a key role in our growing PS training services team, building and delivering technical, cyber-security training content designed to empower technical roles on Delinea’s product portfolio. This role also involves training and certification content development, program development and periodic testing and training quality analysis. A successful candidate for this role will have a track record of delivering technical, cyber-security training content to a technical audience.

Working remotely from your office in London, you will be expected to travel (up to 25%)

 

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and maintain SME for Delinea product portfolio

  • Responsible for leading virtual, webinar-based training

  • Responsible for delivering live, in-person technical training & certification bootcamps

  • Develop and update training and certification content (slideware, lab challenges, e-learning coursework, certification exams, etc.)

  • Work with partners and customers to validate and verify product knowledge

  • Work collaboratively with lab managers, product management, professional services, sales engineering and others for content analysis, feedback loops, and certification development

 

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or similar focus or equivalent experience

  • 2+ years’ experience in technical enablement role

  • 3+ years’ experience delivering technical training

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

  • Comfortable presenting to large, technical audiences

  • Fast learner, natural curiosity and interest in technology and cyber-security

  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, Windows, IIS, SQL server

  • Working knowledge of Azure, GCP, AWS or similar

  • Familiarity with *NIX

  • Highly self-motivated, independent self-starter type

  • Experience in IAM, PAM, or cyber security is a +

  • Experience in Secret Server and/or Secret Server Certified is a +++
