Your missions

Job Scope:

The introduction of Microsoft Dynamics CRM for stakeholder management and other such modern applications like OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint and the PowerPlatform has proven to be a much-needed addition to the organisation. This has led to an increase in demand for help managing and refining the CRM and similarly utilise modern applications to update processes and work on new projects to improve efficiency as well as the user experience as a whole.

This support role will work closely with the Modern Applications Manager on a wide range of projects and will carry out predefined tasks that will allow the post holder to build basic and core skills in the MS PowerPlatform, including bulk data entry and management in the CRM.

On a more ad hoc basis the Support Assistant will also assist the CRM Team with low level data entry and data management support (to ensure quality of data) so that modifications and additions to the platform can be carried out simultaneously.

This is an exciting role that will give the post holder ample opportunity to learn new skills around supporting the development of business processes using the Microsoft PowerPlatform (or other workflow, low-code/no-code tools) and supporting how our users interact with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.  It is an assistant level role within the team, and you will be starting from the beginning supporting Dynamics 365 and using the PowerPlatform, but will bring strong problem solving and analytical skills acquired from other roles along with good general IT and MS Office knowledge.  Experience of using Dynamics CRM and SharePoint would be an advantage but is not essential.
