Job Summary

The Part-Time Technical Recruiter at 20four7VA will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and attracting top-tier talent in the Information Technology, Marketing, SEO, Paid Ads, and Business Intelligence sectors. This role requires a strong understanding of these industries, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and engage with candidates who match our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various online platforms, job boards, social media, and networking events to identify potential candidates with technical, marketing, SEO, Paid Ads, and Business Intelligence skills.
  2. Screening and Assessment: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  3. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  4. Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  5. Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and talent pools within Information Technology, Marketing, SEO, Paid Ads, and Business Intelligence to effectively match candidates with client needs.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific hiring requirements in these specialized areas and provide guidance on best practices.
  7. Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  8. Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment progress and metrics to management.
  9. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

a. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).

b. Proven experience in technical recruiting, preferably within Information Technology, Marketing, SEO, Paid Ads, and Business Intelligence.

c. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

d. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

e. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

f. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

g. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

h. A passion for staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies within Information Technology, Marketing, SEO, Paid Ads, and Business Intelligence.
