Your missions

We are looking for an IT Recruiter for our recruiting agency.

Currently, our team consists of 20 people, and we keep growing. The team works fully remotely, with the main office located in Chicago, USA.

Job Overview:

  • Recruit for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Interact with potential candidates and leads on social media and professional networks.
  • Screen candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit; write summaries after each interview.
  • Submit candidates to hiring managers and create a positive candidate experience.
  • Track the progress of submissions and keep clients informed about recruitment statistics and the status of candidates.
  • Proactively facilitate the placement of available candidates into open jobs for Talentuch clients.
  • Drive continuous improvements to our candidates’ interview experience.
  • Identify issues in the recruitment process and suggest management solutions.

Compensation:

  • Base salary.
  • Performance bonus for achieving 100% of KPIs.
  • Success fee bonus for each hired candidate. The more hires, the more you receive!
  • Salary review every 6 months.
  • Payment in USD to your FOP account every month.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a recruiting role.
  • Ability to “sell” vacancies and the company as a whole during the recruiting process.
  • Excellent people skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills: English is a must, other languages are a plus.
  • Presentable appearance and work environment for conducting video interviews.
