As a Technical Trainer, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve delivering in-depth, instructor-led training sessions on Silverfort’s cutting-edge cybersecurity products to both internal teams and external technical audiences.

You'll work closely with the product and R&D teams to develop and continuously update training materials, ensuring they reflect the latest industry trends and technologies. You’ll also design lab exercises and write exams to reinforce learning and tailor content to suit different skill levels, from entry-level participants to advanced professionals. 

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of educating and empowering others, making a significant impact on their understanding and implementation of our products.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver instructor-led training on Silverfort products for internal teams and external technical roles, including partners and clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product and R&D teams to develop and build new courses covering emerging products, technologies, and networking protocols.
  • Design and write exams and lab exercises to support hands-on training.
  • Regularly update and modify existing training materials to align with the latest industry trends and technological advancements.
  • Conduct training programs for entry-level and advanced technical professionals, ensuring they are well-equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar instructional role
  • Proven technical background in security, networking, and IT infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on networking protocols. A background in cybersecurity – an advantage.
  • Experience in Customer Success, Sales Engineering or other customer facing roles – an advantage
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering training or presentations to an audience, in a technical role
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills in English. 
  • Service-oriented with a team player mindset.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to independently research and resolve technical issues.
  • A genuine passion for guiding and instructing others in technical topics.
